Payment
Full payment or a company purchase order must be received prior to the start of the first
class. Payment may be made by company check, Mastercard, Visa, or American Express.
Cancellations
Fees are fully refunded up to five (5) business prior to the class.
Cancellations/Rescheduling/No Shows received within five (5) business days before the
class begins will be charged in full. Students are allowed to take the course as an audit
in the future. Please refer to the "Audit Policy" as outlined below.
Cancellations must be received in writing.
Class Auditing
Policy
All students are entitled to audit classes for up to one year from the date the class was
originally taken. This only applies if the course is still being offered and has not been
revised, and is on a space available basis. Students need to call M5 Systems the day
before the scheduled class date to verify seating availability. Although efforts will be
made to verify seating availability, paying students take priority.
