Network Support
The Expert Network Support (ENS) program enables any size organization to have ready
access to an expert Cisco or Bay Networks engineer. Depending on the need, M5 Systems will
assign an expert Cisco Systems Engineer or an expert Bay Networks Systems Engineer to a
customer account. Every ENS engineer has extensive field experience working with complex,
mission-critical routed and switched networks.
As part of the
program, the assigned engineer will become thoroughly familiar with the customers
network and will pro-actively work with internal staff members to resolve network issues,
to fine-tune configurations, and to plan network upgrades. The program includes the
following:
- A monthly
one-day on-site visit to review configurations and changes, to consult on plans for
upgrades, and to assist with problem resolution.
- Two
consultations per month via telephone to assist internal staff with planning and
troubleshooting issues; this may include dial-in support for problem resolution.
Additional days
on-site can be purchased as needed. |
